Our Certified Residential Specialists Chapter is one of 52 CRS Chapters across the United States . CRS Chapters were founded in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s to promote the CRS Designation. In 2005 the CRS Chapters went through an organizational restructure in order to better support the attainment of the Council’s Mission of attracting and serving members who seek levels of economic and professional success in residential real estate by: building CRS membership growth and satisfaction; promoting CRS learning opportunities; promoting CRS designation awareness and use; and building CRS networking and referral benefits.
